Sometimes things don’t always go as planned, or circumstances change, and you must return an item you’ve bought. When shopping online, you have legal rights. Our return policy is offered in addition to your legal rights. You can return an item to us within 60 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging. Merchandise goods that have been used, such as t-shirts, are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. If applicable, a maximum of 70% partial refund or credit note can be given at our discretion for:
- Drones with obvious signs of use.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons, not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 60 days after purchase.
- Any item that is reported faulty more than 30 days of delivery.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 – 10 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, first contact your bank and explain that you are expecting some funds. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted on your account.
If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us via email.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us via phone or email, and we will provide you with an address to send the items back to.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to give to you later, we will refund the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should email us, and we will provide you with an address to send the items back to.
Faulty items must be reported within 30 days of delivery and returned within 15 days from when they are reported to us. If you send an item back to us without appropriate shipping, any incurred charges by us as a result of the return will be deducted from your refund. You will be responsible for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable [unless there was a fault from our end].
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
